Anyone else bothered by back-to-back meetings all day?

I have 6 hours of meetings on some days. Started blocking 2-hour focus blocks on my calendar. Huge difference.

Meeting-free Fridays changed my life. Blocked it in the team calendar and nobody has complained in 4 months.

I decline any meeting without an agenda. Sounds aggressive but it has actually raised the quality of every meeting I attend.
