Should I disclose mental health leave during interviews?

Was on 3-month leave for burnout. Said family medical reasons and they moved on. You are not obligated to disclose.

Three months leave here too. Said health reasons. Nobody pushed. The right employer will not penalise honesty at this level.

Malaysian culture is getting slightly better at this but there is still a long way to go with mental health stigma.
