Is ACCA still worth doing in Malaysia in 2025?

Timeline is long (3-4 years part-time) but employers in finance and audit value it highly. CPA or CIMA might be quicker for industry roles.

ACCA is the right move if you are in audit or Big 4. For industry accounting, CIMA is more practical honestly.

Completed ACCA in 4 years part-time while working. Hard but doable. The RM2,000+ salary bump after was immediate.
