After 4 years at a GLC I joined a 25-person startup. No approval chains, chaotic. Stressful at first but I feel more alive.
Six months into my own GLC-to-startup switch. The ownership is real. So is the chaos. Worth it so far.
The opposite shock happens too, startup to GLC. I missed the pace badly for 6 months.
