As an Account Assistant / Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing daily data entry and bookkeeping tasks. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with month-end closing procedures. You will also support the finance team in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies, while providing timely reports to management. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the integrity of financial data and contributing to the overall efficiency of the accounting department.
Proficient in Mandarin and English
Experience in bookkeeping and data entry
Familiarity with accounting software
