Vin Marine Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Admin Assistant to join our team in Gelang Patah, Johor. This full-time position will provide critical administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations. Responsibilities include providing general administrative support, handling inquiries and correspondence, assisting with meeting coordination, supporting procurement of office supplies, and performing other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience
Positive, customer-focused attitude and ability to work well in a team
