
The Admin Executive role involves managing administrative tasks for J&T Cargo, ensuring efficient operations across stores. You will support store managers and handle procurement, onboarding, and event organization.
As an Admin Executive at J&T Cargo, you will ensure timely payment of utilities and rent for each store, handle business license matters with government departments, and assist store managers with contract issues. You will also manage administrative inventory, procure items for stores, and oversee onboarding for new employees. Additionally, you will assist in managing maintenance costs and organizing company events, while undertaking various administrative duties as directed by supervisors.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
At least 1–2 years of administrative or operations support experience
Detail-oriented with good accuracy in handling documentation
Proficient in Malay and English; Mandarin preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
