The Administrative Associate is responsible for assisting with client scheduling and administrative tasks within the agency. This role involves communicating and following up with clients regarding policy renewals, servicing, claims submission, and matters related to general and life insurance policies. The position requires the use of basic tools such as Google Docs, Canva, PowerPoint, and WhatsApp and necessitates communication skills in English or Malay to engage and build relationships with clients.
Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with clients.
Communicate and follow up with clients on policy renewals, policy servicing, claims submission, and general and life insurance matters.
Prepare basic presentation materials using PowerPoint, Canva, and documents.
Manage records, forms, and client documentation accurately.
Use tools such as Google Docs, WhatsApp, and basic office software.
Support the agency team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients.
Communicate in English or Malay for customer engagement and relationship building.
