
As an Administrative Executive in Business & CRM, you will support CRM initiatives and manage project data across business units. This role involves performance tracking, reporting, and ensuring CRM adoption.
The Administrative Executive-Business & CRM Analyst is responsible for supporting and driving Group-wide CRM initiatives by coordinating project leads assignment across Business Units, tracking conversion and success rates, and consolidating monthly and quarterly reports on Group Synergy Revenue & Procurement. This role ensures full visibility of the nationwide project pipeline, coordinating with various Business Units to capture monthly Synergy Revenue and promotes intercompany collaboration by tracking and analyzing cross-selling activities.
Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Construction Management, Marketing, or related field.

Strong data management and coordination skills.
Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive communicator.
Experience in construction/property or building materials industry preferred.
