Role Summary
The Advisory - Financial Management - Experienced Hire is responsible for assisting in executing advisory engagements and supporting finance transformation initiatives. This role involves analyzing data and providing recommendations to enhance financial advisory services in a collaborative environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include conducting business process analyses and preparing proposals and presentations. You will work closely with managers and directors to deliver high-quality financial advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing advisory engagements.
- Conduct business process analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Support finance transformation initiatives.
- Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Help prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
- Collaborate with managers and directors on project deliverables.
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality financial advisory services.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related disciplines.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, or equivalent are an added advantage.
1–3 years of experience for Senior Associate roles or 4–6 years for Assistant Manager roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (including Macros), and Word.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Energetic, analytical, hardworking, and eager to learn.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is an added advantage.
