Role Summary
The Advisory - ITET - Procurement Technology intern is responsible for managing and supporting multiple technology implementation projects. This role engages with clients and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle to drive successful procurement technology solutions.
Job Description
In this role, you will manage and support multiple technology implementation projects, engaging with clients and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing project plans, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple technology implementation projects.
- Develop project plans and timelines.
- Monitor project performance and deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs.
- Drive successful procurement technology solutions.
- Enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
Job Requirements
A recognised degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
Experience managing complex IT and technology implementation projects.
Strong experience delivering cloud-based and SaaS solutions.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Jira.
Project management certifications are an added advantage.
