
The Advisory - TRC - Cyber Defense & Incident Response intern is responsible for engaging in hands-on cyber defense and offensive security tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. - Collaborate with team members on security monitoring activities. - Support incident response efforts during security breaches. - Participate in the development of security policies and procedures. - Engage in continuous learning of advanced threat detection techniques. - Contribute to the documentation of security incidents and responses. - Help maintain and update security tools and technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
3–6 years of experience in Cyber Defense or Offensive Security.
Professional certifications like OSCP or CEH are a plus.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Familiarity with vulnerability management tools like Qualys and Nessus.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Willingness to travel as needed.
