This role manages the full affiliate lifecycle including recruiting partners, optimizing performance, building strong creator relationships, and driving revenue through data-driven campaigns. The role also supports community engagement initiatives, coordinates content-driven activations, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence and conversions.

Proven experience managing professional relationships with creators and partners.
Knowledgeable in TikTok trends, algorithm behavior, and viral content formats.
Proficient with TikTok Shop, Affiliate Center, AMS tools, and creator marketplace systems.
Skilled in full-cycle KOL campaign execution: sourcing, briefing, monitoring, and analysis.
Strong negotiation skills for deliverables, pricing, and timelines.
Analytical and data-driven; able to interpret metrics such as views, ER, CTR, conversions.
Solution-oriented in handling creator issues, delays, and inconsistencies.
Creative thinker with strong ability to develop content angles aligned with brand identity.
Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or content operations preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
