Job Description
This role involves creating TikTok-first beauty content using AI tools such as CapCut AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Runway. The AI-Native Content Creator will turn ideas into scripts, hooks, angles, and edits rapidly while using AI for storyboarding, voice over, captions, visual references, cutting, and pacing. The position requires producing content that feels native, raw, and trend-driven, with localization in English and BM for Malaysian audiences. The creator will monitor trends and adapt content formats to ensure high-volume, fast, clear, and consistent content delivery.
Job Requirements
1–2 years in content creation in beauty or lifestyle preferred.
Strong proficiency with CapCut, TikTok editor, and AI-enhanced workflows.
Ability to produce mobile-first video content with clean lighting and pacing.
Understanding of TikTok metrics including retention, hooks, and completion rates.
Fluency in English and BM (Bahasa Malaysia).
