Job Description
In this dynamic role, you will create and edit beauty content specifically designed for TikTok, leveraging AI technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency. You will work in a fast-paced environment, constantly adapting to trends and ensuring high-quality content delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create TikTok-first beauty content using AI tools like CapCut AI and ChatGPT.
- Develop scripts, hooks, and angles rapidly for engaging videos.
- Utilize AI for storyboarding, voiceovers, captions, and visual references.
- Monitor TikTok trends and adapt content formats accordingly.
- Ensure content feels native, raw, and trend-driven for the audience.
- Produce high-volume, fast, and clear content consistently.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and refine content ideas.
Job Requirements
1–2 years of experience in content creation in beauty or lifestyle preferred.
Strong proficiency with CapCut, TikTok editor, and AI-enhanced workflows.
Ability to produce mobile-first video content with clean lighting and pacing.
Understanding of TikTok metrics including retention, hooks, and completion rates.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
