
The Airline Technical Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring aircraft reliability and compliance with airworthiness regulations. This role involves working within a 24/7 Technical Support team to support clients' operating fleets and manage various technical challenges.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations that include planning and monitoring aircraft maintenance activities while collaborating with various departments. You will also manage Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations and provide technical guidance to ensure optimal aircraft performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical roles within Airline's Technical Services, MCC, MRO or component supplier.
Possession of a relevant Engineering Degree or EASA/A&P maintenance license.
Familiarity with global civil aviation regulations and requirements (EASA/FAA).
A proactive attitude and able to take the initiative to address technical challenges.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple concurrent projects.
Strong focus on client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.
Flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work shifts and weekends as required.
