Job Description

In this role, you will manage and support major retail chain accounts and key customers across Malaysia, focusing on the bookstore, stationery, and general retail sectors. Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related discipline

Proven experience in retail account management

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to analyze sales data and market trends

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities

Familiarity with merchandising and sales strategies

Strong organizational and time management skills
