Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day analysis of systems and processes, collaborating with users to gather requirements and design effective technology solutions. You will also be involved in testing, training, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather user requirements to inform system design and enhancements.
- Design technology solutions, including ERP systems and dashboards.
- Test systems for functionality and performance.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in systems analysis and design.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to gather and document user requirements effectively.
Experience with ERP systems, dashboards, and mobile applications.
Familiarity with RPA and AI technologies.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
