The Analytical Chemist is responsible for ensuring product quality and safety through analytical method development and validation. This role involves working closely with the R&D team to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and enhance laboratory practices.

The Analytical Chemist will report to the R&D Manager and engage in daily laboratory activities focused on method development, validation, and troubleshooting. The work environment is collaborative, emphasizing compliance and quality assurance in pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate analytical methods for product testing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and pharmacopeia standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff in laboratory techniques and procedures.
• Prepare detailed analytical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in laboratory investigations to address product quality issues.
• Troubleshoot analytical problems and implement effective solutions.
