As an Architectural Technician, you will participate in the architectural design process, contributing from the initial concept phase through to detailed design. You will work in a collaborative environment, preparing technical drawings and assisting in project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings using architectural design software.
- Assist in project documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility.
- Review and revise designs based on client feedback and requirements.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Problem-solving abilities in design and technical issues
