Job Description
The Assistant Manager, ESG & Sustainability is responsible for developing and overseeing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) policies, frameworks and procedures within the Business & Corporate Banking Division. This role involves coordinating with various teams to drive sustainable finance initiatives, monitoring ESG performance, and preparing annual reports. The incumbent will also identify opportunities for ESG integration in business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Economics / Commerce / Engineering, Environmental Management or relevant field.
Certification in GRI and/or knowledge in TCFD would be advantageous.
Experience working on sustainability topics including energy transition and responsible value chains.
Familiarity with sustainable reporting and analytics.
Knowledge of sustainable finance and ESG principles.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
