Role Summary
The Assistant Manager, Business & Corporate Banking (ESG & Sustainability) is responsible for developing and overseeing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) policies and frameworks. This role plays a crucial part in driving sustainable finance initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency within the Business & Corporate Banking Division.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve coordinating with various teams to implement ESG strategies and monitor performance. You will also prepare annual reports and identify opportunities for ESG integration in business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee ESG policies and frameworks.
- Coordinate with teams to drive sustainable finance initiatives.
- Monitor ESG performance and prepare annual reports.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, Environmental Management or relevant field.
Certification in GRI and/or knowledge in TCFD would be advantageous.
Experience working on sustainability topics including energy transition and responsible value chains.
Familiarity with sustainable reporting and analytics.
Knowledge of sustainable finance and ESG principles.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
