Job Description

The Assistant Manager, E-commerce is responsible for managing and operating online stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This role involves handling product listing, pricing, stock availability, and promotions while ensuring accurate and compliant product content. The Assistant Manager plans and executes platform campaigns such as Mega Sales, Flash Sales, and Brand Days, coordinates campaign timelines and requirements, and supports TikTok Shop content strategy including product videos and livestream planning. The role also involves working with influencers, KOLs, or hosts for live sessions and ensuring content is suitable for English and Malay-speaking audiences.

Job Requirements

Knowledge on e-commerce trends.

Experience in TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee affiliate marketing, or related areas.

3-5 years of relevant experience.
