Job Description

The role involves leading and delivering Engage Life's wellness and corporate programmes, ensuring high participant engagement throughout sessions. It requires managing the end-to-end operations of wellness events, including overseeing event setup and set-down, coordinating trainer schedules, and aligning the operations team on deliverables. Additionally, the role includes handling client communication and follow-ups to ensure that programmes run smoothly and meet client expectations, while also maintaining checklists, equipment readiness, and event documentation.

Job Requirements

Experience in training, coaching, wellness, fitness, or events.

Strong presentation, facilitation, planning, and coordination skills.

Able to manage schedules, manpower, and on-ground operations.

Comfortable with Google Workspace and basic scheduling tools.

TTT-certified is a plus.

Energetic, organised, reliable, and adaptable to event-based hours.
