
The Assistant Training & Operations Manager is responsible for leading and delivering Engage Life's wellness and corporate programmes. This role significantly impacts participant engagement and ensures the smooth execution of wellness events through effective operations management.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of wellness events, ensuring high levels of participant engagement and satisfaction. You will work closely with the operations team and trainers to coordinate schedules and manage event logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in training, coaching, wellness, fitness, or events.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Excellent planning and coordination abilities.
Comfortable with Google Workspace and scheduling tools.
TTT certification is a plus.
Energetic, organised, reliable, and adaptable to event-based hours.
