Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Technology related discipline
Professional certifications such as CIA, CFE, CISA, or ESG preferred
4-7 years of experience in internal audit, internal control, and risk-based auditing
Proven experience in financial controlling and exposure to manufacturing industries, preferably chemical companies
Strong understanding of business dynamics and internal control frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time for fieldwork
