Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with the Automation Team to maintain and improve RPA tools, ensuring they meet client requirements and operational standards. You will engage in daily tasks that involve modifying tools, troubleshooting issues, and understanding client workflows to optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Modify and maintain RPA tools for data analysis and updates.
- Fix errors in existing automation tools to enhance functionality.
- Understand client workflows to develop efficient automation solutions.
