Job Description
The role supports the Automation Team in maintaining and improving the quality of tool development and maintenance under the guidance of superiors. Responsibilities include modifying and maintaining RPA tools for data analysis and updates, fixing errors, understanding client workflows to develop efficient tools, escalating unclear information for client confirmation, suggesting improvements, updating documentation, understanding operational processes for ad-hoc support, and performing other assigned tasks.
Job Requirements
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong interest in RPA Tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to understand and interpret client workflows accurately.
Independent and proactive, with the ability to seek clarification when information is unclear.
Responsible, fast learner, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Motivated to build a career in data automation, analysis, and process optimization.
