The Automation Associate - RPA Tools is responsible for supporting the Automation Team in enhancing the quality of tool development and maintenance. This role involves collaborating with team members to ensure efficient data analysis and tool updates while addressing client needs.

In this role, you will work closely with the Automation Team to maintain and improve RPA tools, ensuring they meet client requirements and operational standards. You will engage in daily tasks that involve modifying tools, troubleshooting issues, and understanding client workflows to optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Modify and maintain RPA tools for data analysis and updates.
• Fix errors in existing automation tools to enhance functionality.
• Understand client workflows to develop efficient automation solutions.
• Escalate unclear information to clients for confirmation.
• Suggest improvements to existing tools and processes.
• Update documentation to reflect changes and enhancements.
• Provide ad-hoc support by understanding operational processes.
• Perform other assigned tasks as directed by superiors.
