Automation Engineer – Century Water Solutions Sdn Bhd

This position is for an Automation Engineer who focuses on designing and programming systems for automated water treatment. The role involves programming Siemens PLCs, supporting fieldwork, and coordinating system installations and testing. Candidates should have relevant engineering education and multiple years of experience, with skills in communication, teamwork, leadership, and organization.

The role involves designing and developing PLC/HMI programming specifically for automated water treatment systems. The position requires programming capabilities for Siemens PLC and includes tasks such as supporting fieldwork to upgrade and resolve customer issues, defining and executing validation processes, and generating various technical documents. The candidate will also be responsible for software implementation, system integration, testing, and commissioning of water treatment systems, as well as coordinating and supervising onsite installations and communicating with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to clarify technical and commercial issues. The job requires planning, coordination with other disciplines, and performing other duties as assigned by management.
