This role involves supporting customers throughout their experience at AutoDetailer Studio by handling inquiries, managing service bookings, and coordinating vehicle check-ins. The employee will collaborate with the Operations Team to update project statuses, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.
The role involves responding to customer inquiries, assisting with service bookings, and guiding customers through the service process from drop-off to delivery. The employee will liaise with the Operations Team to track and update project status, prepare quotations, invoices, and relevant service documents, manage vehicle check-ins, recommend suitable services, provide timely updates, and follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
Relevant background in the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin (preferred), and BM is required.
Experience in customer service or service advisor roles is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
The candidate must be well-organized with strong attention to detail.
The candidate must be tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace and CRM systems.
A passion for cars and delivering premium customer experiences is required.
