
The Automotive Customer Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the automotive service process. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with clients in a fast-paced automotive environment.
In this role, you will engage with customers, addressing their inquiries and assisting them with service bookings. You will work closely with the Operations Team to ensure a seamless service experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Relevant background in the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
Experience in customer service or service advisor roles is required.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin (preferred), and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace and CRM systems.
A passion for cars and delivering premium customer experiences is required.
