
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will engage with banking customers to promote personal line products. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity for career growth in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will market personal line products to banking customers through outbound efforts, utilizing leads provided. You will provide exceptional service for inbound sales inquiries and achieve sales target KPIs while ensuring adherence to regulations and quality assurance standards. Your responsibilities include identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, handling customer inquiries confidently, and converting leads into sales through effective telemarketing activities.
Prior sales experience preferred (Min 2yrs)
Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI preferred
Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Patient and resilient to handle rejection and objections
