The Beauty Trainer is responsible for leading and developing a team of beauticians to ensure high-quality consultations and treatments. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing staff skills and maintaining treatment standards across multiple beauty centres in Malaysia.
Job Description
In this dynamic role, the Beauty Trainer will engage with beauticians daily, providing guidance and support in delivering exceptional beauty services. The position involves traveling to various centres to conduct training and ensure adherence to treatment protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide beauticians in delivering consultations and treatments.
- Lead training programs to enhance staff skills.
- Manage onboarding and skill development schedules.
- Conduct presentations and prepare reports on training outcomes.
- Support staff development through coaching and feedback.
- Ensure adherence to treatment protocols across all centres.
- Travel to various centres to coach and mentor staff.
Job Requirements
SKM/CIBTAC/CIDESCO certificate or diploma in the beauty field is an added advantage.
Minimum of 4 years of training experience in the beauty industry.
Hands-on experience and ability to demonstrate treatments.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Required languages are English and multilingual to liaise with colleagues and clients.
