Job Description
The role is for a beauty team leader in a well-established beauty company operating across multiple centres in Peninsular and East Malaysia. The key responsibilities include guiding beauticians in delivering consultations and treatments, leading training programs, managing onboarding and skill development schedules, conducting presentations and reports, supporting staff development, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols, and traveling to various centres to coach staff.
Job Requirements
SKM/CIBTAC/CIDESCO certificate or diploma in the beauty field is an added advantage.
Must have a minimum of 4 years of training experience in the beauty industry.
Hands-on experience and ability to demonstrate treatments.
Able to assess and improve customer results in body and facial treatments.
Able to suggest new treatment ideas is a plus.
Understand and coach skincare equipment usage.
Knowledgeable in facial and body care.
Willing to travel outstations or work weekends when required.
Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and public speaking skills.
Good knowledge of the treatment programs and protocols.
Possess own transport.
Required languages are English and multilingual to liaise with multilingual colleagues and clients for daily tasks.
