As a Bellman at TROVE Hotel Johor Bahru, you will provide personalized customer service to every guest, ensuring a high standard of assistance at the Main Lobby. Your responsibilities will include conducting bell service activities such as luggage handling, information service, and assisting guests with transportation arrangements. You will also maintain the cleanliness of the lobby area and report any suspicious activities to the Duty Manager.

You will be expected to extend a warm welcome to guests, address them by name, and provide them with information about hotel products and local attractions. Your role will also involve collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a professional image and adhering to hotel policies.
