The Boutique Supervisor/Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure the boutique meets its performance targets. Key responsibilities include managing stock and displays, preparing sales reports, maintaining a premium customer experience, and training new staff.
Minimum Diploma/Degree in a related field (Business, Management, Marketing or equivalent)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Manager/Supervisor/Team Lead (retail/fashion preferred)
Strong leadership skills
Experience in sales and customer service
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good and professional communication skills
