Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end process optimization across CoE functions through data-driven analysis.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align business requirements with IT solutions.
- Provide consulting insights that drive efficiency and cost reduction.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and recommend AI-driven solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and change management programs for smooth adoption of new solutions.
- Build dashboards and predictive models for real-time visibility into COE Hub performance.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required to meet business needs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience in business analysis or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
