The Business Development Executive at Eatigo Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is responsible for expanding the merchant network by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new restaurant partners for the Eatigo platform. This role involves strategic partner acquisition, value proposition delivery, negotiation, partner relationship management, and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. The position is field-based in Johor, Malaysia, and reports to the Country Lead in Kuala Lumpur.
Degree or Diploma in any field.
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in the e-commerce/food-tech industry, is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Mandatory professional fluency in Mandarin and English are required to effectively communicate and negotiate with our target merchants.
Must be based in Johor or willing to relocate.
Ability to conduct physical field sales discussions with merchants.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with a strong affinity for problem-solving.
