Role Summary

The Business Development Executive (Merchant Acquisition) is responsible for expanding Moby's merchant network across Klang Valley and Malaysia. This role involves recruiting and building strong relationships with local merchants to facilitate their adoption of Moby's payment ecosystem.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage with local merchants daily, fostering relationships and promoting Moby's payment solutions. You will work in a dynamic environment that encourages self-motivation and targets achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand Moby's merchant network across Klang Valley and Malaysia.
  • Recruit local merchants to adopt Moby's payment ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Moby's services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance merchant experience.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience in B2B sales, fintech, or merchant acquisition is an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Possession of own transport is preferred.
