Job Description
As a Business Development Representative, you will work closely with clients to identify their design requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Your day-to-day activities will involve consultations, project oversight, and maintaining timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new corporate clients and property agents in the Klang Valley.
- Conduct design consultations to gather client requirements and preferences.
- Collaborate with designers to present creative concepts and proposals.
- Prepare accurate quotations and specifications based on project needs.
- Ensure client satisfaction by overseeing project aesthetics and timelines.
- Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors for seamless execution.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the design industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
