Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans. You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making and ensure the company remains competitive. Additionally, you will prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, showcasing progress and results while aligning with the company's overall objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with the plastic manufacturing industry is a plus
