As a Business Enablement Specialist at Axi, you will proactively collaborate with various departments to gather critical information that supports the Retail Services and Partner Key Account Managers teams in implementing business strategies. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, providing coaching, and performing quality checks to ensure teams maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills. You will prepare and analyze sales reports, coordinate training sessions, and conduct quality evaluations to enhance customer interactions and operational effectiveness.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales reporting, training, or quality assurance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Detail-oriented and analytical
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
