Job Description
This role involves acting as a live streaming host to sell products for various brands. The host is responsible for explaining products, showcasing features, answering customer questions, and driving sales. The position also includes managing the live streaming program flow to maintain an engaging, fun, and professional atmosphere. The host plans and writes live show scripts and content tailored to different brands and products, interacts with the audience, and uses promotional methods to increase traffic, interaction, and conversion rates in the live stream. Continuous research and experimentation with new live streaming methods and content presentation are required to improve results, aiming to meet the company's sales targets while enhancing viewer experience and repurchase willingness. The role requires keeping track of industry trends, platform policies, popular content formats, and new live commerce strategies.
Job Requirements
1–2 years of experience in live streaming, live commerce, hosting, sales, or related fields preferred; candidates without experience but with lively and camera-friendly presence are also welcome.
Standard Mandarin proficiency with strong communication skills, clear logic, quick thinking, and improvisation ability.
Interest and passion in the live commerce industry, with the intention to develop in new retail and social e-commerce.
Lively, confident, personable with strong on-camera presence and a good image that naturally drives live streaming atmosphere.
Interest in fashion, beauty, food, daily necessities, and willingness to continuously learn about different brands and products.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, goal-oriented work environment and enjoy teamwork and collective growth.
Contract term of 3–6 months, with potential extension or conversion to full-time based on performance.
Five-day work week.
Willingness to work shifts including early, late, and weekend shifts.
