Job Description
In this role, you will support the business development team by analyzing client challenges and recommending tailored solutions. You'll assess clients' operational goals, ensuring optimal use of products and services. Keeping clients updated on IT plans, you'll manage resource allocation for both existing and new technologies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll integrate technology and operational needs into effective strategies. Additionally, you'll create technical solutions, explore new technologies, and provide training to the sales team while managing the sales bid process.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in cloud solutions architecture
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and third-party components
Experience in managing RFI and RFP processes
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Technical training experience is a plus
Relevant certifications in cloud technologies preferred
