CNC Programmer / Machinist – Weng Seng Engineering Corporation

The CNC Programmer / Machinist at Weng Seng Engineering Corporation is responsible for creating and optimizing CNC milling programs, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring product quality through inspections and collaboration with various teams.

Create, modify, and optimize CNC milling programs (G-code / CAM software).  Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and product specifications.  Set up CNC milling machines, including tooling, fixtures, and materials.  Perform first article inspection to ensure product quality meets requirements.  Adjust machining parameters such as feed rate and cutting speed for efficiency.  Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.  Ensure machines are properly maintained and operated in accordance with SOP and safety standards.  Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
