Job Description
Join The Nautilus Resort Langkawi, Curio Collection by Hilton, the first Curio Collection property in Malaysia, as a Commercial Director. In this role, you will develop and implement commercial strategies across various revenue streams, including Group, Conference, and Events, Rooms, Food and Beverage, Leisure, and Spa. Your focus will be on maximizing revenue, profitability, and market share while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Job Requirements
Minimum 8+ years in a revenue-generating or commercial role within hospitality or travel.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading and managing sales or commercial teams.
Strong lifestyle and resort hotel experience.
Proven track record in MICE, leisure, and wedding segments.
Solid pre-opening and commercial strategy experience.
Strong market knowledge and established industry network.
Proven experience presenting strategic plans to senior executives and stakeholder groups.
Strong background in cross-functional collaboration within matrixed environments.
Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
