
The Company Secretarial Assistant is responsible for managing client portfolios in all aspects of company secretarial work. This role involves ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while interacting with clients and stakeholders to meet all company requirements efficiently.
As a Company Secretarial Assistant, you will engage in day-to-day tasks that include preparing resolutions for Directors and Members, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing essential documents for meetings. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration
Professional qualification (MAICSA) preferred
Experience in company secretarial work is an advantage
Good communication skills in Malay and English
Ability to work independently and in a team
High organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of corporate laws and compliance
