The Content Creator Writer role involves creating a high volume of beauty-related TikTok and Instagram content, including scripts, hooks, and angles focused on beauty, skincare, makeup, and lifestyle. The writer needs to be fast, trend-aware, and proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (BM), capable of crafting native-feeling, localized content for the Malaysian audience. Collaboration with creators and content producers is essential to refine tone, pacing, and clarity, while leveraging AI tools to enhance research and ideation.
Job Requirements
1–2 years writing for social or content (beauty/lifestyle preferred).
Solid understanding of TikTok psychology including retention, pacing, and thumb-stop moments.
Able to turn product benefits into simple, relatable storytelling.
Familiar with CapCut, Instagram/TikTok tools, and basic creator workflows.
Ability to write quickly and switch tone between English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong knowledge of beauty trends, ingredient claims, and TikTok content formats.
Comfortable working collaboratively with producers, editors, and designers.
Experience using AI tools to aid in content creation and ideation.
