The role involves managing content security and ecosystem-related governance issues on the Alibaba International E-commerce platform. It includes identifying problems and defining risk detection features by integrating regulatory requirements, public sentiment trends, data insights, and case analysis to establish governance objectives, design data metrics, and develop strategies to achieve governance goals. The role requires collaboration with legal, product, and algorithm teams to develop and enhance governance systems and implement key governance strategies. It also involves using historical data for in-depth analysis to build a strategy framework that includes pre-risk prevention, real-time monitoring, and post-incident response to effectively control and mitigate risks.
Bachelors degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Law, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in data analysis or risk governance on internet platforms.
Proficient in SQL or other data analysis tools, with strong data sensitivity and the ability to efficiently extract, analyze, and interpret data, develop effective solutions, and drive their implementation.
Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language for cross-border communication, culturally aware and adaptable; overseas study experience or prior international work experience is preferred.
Strong project management skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and solid understanding of business context and objectives.
