The Coordinator for ISSD at HELP University plays a vital role in assisting students with their visa reapplication process. Responsibilities include guiding students through the necessary steps, ensuring all required documents are collected, and preparing submissions for EMGS. The coordinator will also input and scan documents into the CRM system, communicate with various departments for additional documentation, and monitor the visa application status until the Electronic Visa Approval Letter (eVAL) is secured.
Guide students through the reapplication process and ensure all documents are received.
Create student dockets and prepare documents for EMGS submission.
Input and scan documents into the CRM system.

Submit reapplications through the STARS EMGS portal and obtain HOD approval.
