
The Corporate Secretarial Assistant is responsible for supporting the corporate secretarial and compliance functions of the firm. This role involves working closely with executives and the quality control team to ensure efficient document management and compliance processes.
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day document preparation and administration tasks within a collaborative team environment. You will assist in organizing files, updating task statuses, and ensuring that all documentation is handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field is required.
Basic computer skills including Word, PDF, Excel/Sheets, and cloud folders are required.
Ability to read and write simple English.
Ability to read Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
