Role Summary

The Corporate Secretarial Assistant is responsible for supporting the corporate secretarial and compliance functions of the firm. This role involves working closely with executives and the quality control team to ensure efficient document management and compliance processes.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in day-to-day document preparation and administration tasks within a collaborative team environment. You will assist in organizing files, updating task statuses, and ensuring that all documentation is handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents using established templates.
  • Handle document administration, including arranging and generating signing documents.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to documents.
  • Update task statuses and communicate progress to the team.
  • Collaborate with executives to clarify instructions and address issues.
  • Support quality control efforts by ensuring compliance with internal standards.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with corporate regulations.

Job Requirements

SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field is required.

Basic computer skills including Word, PDF, Excel/Sheets, and cloud folders are required.

Ability to read and write simple English.

Ability to read Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
