Basic educational qualifications and computer skills are required, with some language proficiency preferred.
Trust Maven® is a corporate secretarial and compliance firm serving SMEs. The firm uses strong technical knowledge, detailed SOPs, and technology to assist business owners in maintaining compliance. The role involves preparing documents using templates, handling document administration such as arranging and generating signing documents, organizing files and updating task statuses, and supporting the team by working closely with executives and quality control to address issues and clarify instructions internally. The position does not require advising clients, dealing directly with SSM, or making independent legal or technical decisions.
SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field is required.
Basic computer skills including Word, PDF, Excel/Sheets, and cloud folders are required.
Candidates must be able to read and write simple English.
Ability to read Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
