Role Summary
The Credit & Collections Senior Analyst (Chinese & Japanese Speaker) is responsible for managing end-to-end credit and collection activities for assigned countries. This role supports healthy cash flow and mitigates risk by collaborating closely with Finance, Commercial, and Customer teams in a dynamic international environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee daily credit and collection operations, ensuring compliance with service level agreements while monitoring accounts receivable. You will conduct credit risk assessments and manage customer portfolio risk to support process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience in Credit & Collections or financial operations, ideally within a shared services or regional environment.
Proficiency in Japanese and/or Chinese is required.
Solid understanding of credit risk assessment, collections processes, and dispute management.
Exposure to ERP or credit management tools (e.g., SAP, HighRadius) is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and risk awareness.
Comfortable working with MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
