As a CRM Executive, you will collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement customer promotions through various channels including Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and App Push. Your role will involve planning campaigns that effectively engage customers and enhance their experience with our brand. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty. This position requires a proactive approach to customer marketing, ensuring that all communications are timely and relevant to our audience.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in CRM, customer marketing, or lifecycle marketing
Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies
Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing automation tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
Experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
