Key Responsibilities:

- Gather demand factors and integrate statistical forecasts with local market knowledge.
- Ensure data accuracy and analyze assumptions related to demand planning.
- Participate in sales and operations execution activities to maximize forecast accuracy.
- Optimize supply plans based on demand insights.
- Drive change initiatives and improve internal communication.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 1 year of experience in demand planning.
Fluent English communication and writing skills.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent systems skills, including SAP and Kinaxis.
