Job Description
The Demand Planner engages in daily collaboration with stakeholders, utilizing Sanofi planning tools such as Kinaxis to optimize demand forecasting. This position requires a proactive approach to integrate statistical forecasting with local market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate customer demand signals using planning tools.
- Collaborate with Business Units, markets, and Supply Chain teams.
- Integrate statistical forecasting with local market knowledge.
- Continuously improve forecast accuracy and manage demand-related risks.
- Conduct scenario planning and risk analysis.
- Drive change initiatives within the organization.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 1 year of experience in demand planning.
Fluent in English communication and writing skills.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes preferred.
Strong willingness to drive change and good communication skills.
Excellent systems skills, with experience in SAP and Kinaxis considered an advantage.
High level of accountability and attention to detail.
