Job Description
The Demand Planner plays a key role in generating and managing accurate customer demand signals using Sanofi planning tools such as Kinaxis. This position ensures alignment between Business Units (BUs), markets, and Manufacturing and Supply through collaboration with stakeholders including Commercial BUs, Regulatory, Finance, and local Supply Chain teams. The Demand Planner integrates statistical forecasting with local market knowledge and works to continuously improve forecast accuracy and manage demand-related risks.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and minimum 1 year of experience in demand planning.
Fluent English communication and writing skills.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical primary and secondary manufacturing processes preferred.
Understanding of basic manufacturing processes and ability to apply to supply chain management especially in demand planning.
Basic knowledge of regulatory processes and requirements is an advantage.
Skilled in scenario planning, risk and benefit analysis, contingency planning, and problem solving.
Strong willingness to drive change and good internal marketing and communication skills.
Excellent systems skills, with experience in SAP and Kinaxis considered an advantage.
Basic understanding of financial functions.
High level of accountability and attention to detail.
Demonstrated high standards of integrity, professionalism, and commitment.
Good team facilitation and relationship building skills.
