In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the demand planning team, mentor team members, and act as a liaison between various stakeholders. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration and strategic alignment.

Prior experience in demand planning roles with demonstrated team leadership capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in demand planning tools and ERP systems such as SAP and Kinaxis.
Comprehensive understanding of internal and external regulatory frameworks.
Strong mentoring, coaching, and team development skills.
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
