The Demand Planning Team Lead is responsible for leading a regional demand planning team to ensure alignment with the organization's vision and goals. This role involves driving demand planning processes, overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, acting as a liaison between the demand planning function, global hub leadership, and key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks while fostering continuous process improvements.
Job Requirements
Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Prior experience in demand planning roles with demonstrated team leadership capabilities.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the supply chain or manufacturing industry.
Advanced proficiency in demand planning tools and ERP systems such as SAP and Kinaxis.
Comprehensive understanding of internal and external regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance in demand planning activities.
Ability to provide direction and oversee daily operations aligned with company goals.
Strong mentoring, coaching, and team development skills.
Effective liaison skills to communicate between the demand planning team, global hub leadership, and key stakeholders.
